McCuiston is a decorated veteran with 6 years serving in the U.S. military, including multiple sea service deployments. His dedication to public service never wavered; after serving his country in the military, he decided to carry on by entering politics.

McCuiston's platform is centered on bringing accountability and transparency to the government while ensuring that the needs of his constituents are being met. He believes in the power of bipartisanship and collaboration and is committed to working with members of both parties to find common-sense solutions to the challenges facing our nation.

McCuiston is dedicated to ensuring our nation is safe and secure because of his vast military experience. He recognizes the value of national security. He had the chance to visit over half of the states in America during his post-military travels, and trips abroad to places like Poland, Ukraine, Egypt, Spain, Italy, and Greece broadened his experience and viewpoint. Additionally, he is deeply committed to advancing our healthcare system, preserving the environment, and fostering economic development.

As a father and grandfather, McCuiston is dedicated to creating a better future for the next generation. He believes that by working together, we can build a brighter future for all Americans.
